Playhouse Stage Company announces changes to upcoming production schedules
Changes prompted by ongoing public health concerns around COVID-19 pandemic.
ALBANY, N.Y. (March 13, 2020) — Playhouse Stage Company has announced the cancellation of the final performances of Lady Day at Emerson’s Bar & Grill, which were scheduled to play at Cohoes Music Hall through this Sunday, March 15. In light of guidance from state and local health officials, the cancellation was made with public safety in mind amidst the ongoing public health crisis related to COVID-19. Ticket holders will be offered tickets to subsequent performances, or will be able to book a credit for use on productions in future seasons.
Additionally, Playhouse Stage has postponed their production of the Broadway classic Pippin, originally scheduled to play in April at Cohoes Music Hall. The production will now be played at the Cohoes Music Hall from June 4 through 14, 2020.
